In September 2015, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations. They guide governments and organisations on how to operate more sustainably and contribute to achieving those goals elsewhere in the world. The SDGs were built on the Millennium Goals and other international sustainability agreements. While the Millennium Goals focused on poverty alleviation in developing countries, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development with the SDGs is a global and comprehensive sustainability agenda.

The strength of Climate Neutral Group is to translate ambitions into a concrete plan and action – from A to Zero CO2. You not only reduce your impact on the climate through reduction and offsetting, but you also contribute to the realization of various SDGs. We work the best climate projects for offsetting, Gold Standard certified, the strictest standard in the voluntary market. This certification was developed by a group of NGOs led by the World Wildlife Fund with the aim of supporting projects that, in addition to reducing CO2, also make a measurable contribution to the sustainable development in developing countries. All our climate projects always benefit the local population.
